Here is an op-ed by Per Nordahl and myself that appeared in the Bloomington Herald-Times a couple of weeks ago while I was out of town—not intended as the answer to everything but food for thought nevertheless. The newspaper changed the original title which was “‘Right-to Work’ in an International Context”. Apparently they prefer to have a verb in the title.
