The Union Leadership Institute, AFT, is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Associate. The job is based in Washington, DC. The purpose of this position is to assist the ULI department in providing training. The senior associate will work under the general direction of the director of the Union Leadership Institute to provide training that will be delivered directly, electronically or in collaboration with other departments, including coordinating and delivering leadership development in support of union-wide efforts to Reclaim the Promise.
