The Labor Studies & Employment Relations Department of the School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University, seeks 2-3 non-tenure track faculty members to provide teaching and support for its programs. Working under the direction of the Department Chair, the main responsibilities of the position are to teach the equivalent of 6-7 courses per year in our undergraduate and graduate programs. Instructors are also expected to assist with student counseling and career advisement, participate in placement and recruitment activities, participate in outreach activities and carry out other service duties as assigned. These positions begin September 2015 and come with annual contracts with possible renewal with successful performance and are contingent on budgetary support.
