The Minnesota Association of Professional Employees (MAPE) is the premier labor union representing nearly 13,000 professionals employed by various agencies across the State of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. MAPE seeks a Director of Member Engagement, Development and Organizing. The position is responsible for the effective staff management and oversight of statewide member programs that increase membership, member participation, promote leadership development and professionalism, and enhance local union function and activism.
