The Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health (MassCOSH) seeks a dynamic Executive Director (ED) to build on the organization’s exceptional 40 year record of advocating for safe, healthy workplaces. MassCOSH’s mission is to ensure that all workers can go to work and return home with their health and well-being intact.

MassCOSH is recognized as a leader in engaging a diverse constituency – youth and adults, immigrants and US-born, union and environment, legal and health professionals – in coalescing around priority health and safety problems and taking action that results in measureable change.

The incoming ED will provide visionary leadership that actively engages board, staff and volunteers in implementing the organization’s strategic plan and maximizing the organization’s impact. Reporting to the board of directors, the ED will be responsible for overseeing operations including finance, human resources, program development and fundraising.
