The Institute for Labor Studies and Research (ILSR) is a program of the West Virginia University Extension Service. ILSR is committed to promoting positive labor-management relations and provides labor education and research services. Programs range from week-long residential summer institutes to one-day programs that attract state, regional and national participation.
