REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Labor Education and Research Center Promotional Video

The Labor Education and Research Center (LERC) at the University of Oregon seeks a videographer to produce a 5-8 minute video to be used as a promotional piece in multiple settings, including live showings and on-line formats.

• This video would be used initially at LERC’s 40th anniversary celebration on Oct 11, 2017.
• Potential vendors should provide a resume and submit a proposal explaining their approach to the work from project development and script writing to final edits.
  Please note: LERC faculty will assist with script development, identification of interviewees, gathering of historic photos, etc.
• All proposals should include a budget for labor hours and materials that does not exceed $7,000.
  The vendor chosen would work under a personal services contract with LERC.
• Priority will be given to videographers who are union members
